Requirements Engineer

Ft. Meade, MD
This position is a hands-on System Engineering/Requirements Management position supporting a mission critical system. 
  • Expertise in requirements discovery, resolution, definition, derivation, and baselining
  • Background in working with all levels of military and government leads
  • Background in data flow management and control, reverse engineering, documentation and comprehensive systems design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good writing skills, good presentation skills, experience and knowledge with JIRA and its use for requirements Management.
  • Excellent communicator and publisher of clear, concise, and complete design documentation using industry standard tools such as but not limited to SysML
  • Understanding of iterative/agile/structure development approaches
 
Desired skills:
  • Self-starter in requirements development and management
  • Knowledge of math/crypto/algorithm development would be a plus.
