Training Specialist

Ft. Meade, MD
Provide expertise to draft and finalize training documentation, provide classroom support, and present training materials to a large audience. Perform and provide guidance to more junior contractor personnel involved with systems and equipment training. Analyze training problems to identify training needs. Design, develop and conduct training. Evaluate training outcomes and revise materials based on student and customer feedback and operational scenario accuracy 
-Brief military and agency personal while conveying operational concepts
-Develop and improve training plans and curriculum based on feedback
-Perform inspections of training programs and personnel to ensure compliance with Government policy
-Draft and finalize training documentation, provide classroom support, and present training materials to a large audience.
 

This week:

-Chris Doe's submission to DC/resume being submitted to pre-pub (still pending as of 8/19)

 

Other:

-Check in with Darius Bailey on DC interview (pending) - Dan last emailed on 7/31 with no reply (option for DC opening)

-Check in with Douglas Sweeting (SWE/SharePoint) (informed Dan he is no longer available as of June 20th; he was submitted to IC for Chris Doe's backfill prior)

 

Pending:

-Update Heather Spence on MM submission

-Update Casie Gibis on MM submission (PM role?) 

-Update Kim on final day on RS + status of MM submission
